It all started with a margarita...
Sitting at our favorite restaurant, we clinked our margarita glasses, the tangy lime and smooth tequila offering the perfect atmosphere for our conversation. Laughter mixed with every sip, as we discussed our dream of opening a mobile bar together. With every salty margarita cheers, we envisioned a place where people could celebrate, enjoy crafted drinks, and create lasting memories—just like the ones we often share.
The dream of converting a horse trailer into a mobile bar soon became a reality.

About Us
Stephanie
Raised in a close-knit country town with deep family roots expanding back for many generations. I discovered early on that celebrations are about more than just drinks—they’re about bringing people together. I’m dedicated to creating moments that leave a lasting impression, and find joy and satisfaction to see all preparation come to life. Making craft cocktails has become a passion of mine, using fresh ingredients, experimenting new combinations and sharing with people. My go-to drink? A perfectly crafted margarita—both to savor and to share!
Outside of mixing drinks, you’ll usually find me exploring the pristine landscapes of Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom on a snowmobile—a beloved winter tradition for my family. Whenever I have a free moment, I head up north to the NEK. My passion for travel has taken me on numerous adventures, each one elevating my craft and inspiring new ideas.

Growing up on a farm has taught me not only the importance of hard work but the value of finding joy within simpler moments. One special memory that comes to mind is my grandmother's homemade lemonade. After a long hot day baling hay, my family and I would gather together to savor the refreshing taste of this summer tradition. It was a moment of reflection and a reminder of the balance between work and play. I will always be a supporter of making time for yourself, even if it’s kicking off your boots at night and crafting a country cocktail. After working the farm by day and restaurant by night I like to spend my days off doing something I love. For me personally it’s taking my dog, Cowboy, for a hike, horseback riding through the fields, enjoying brunch by the water with friends or vacationing at my family's Cape Cod house in the summer. My dream for our rustic trailer is to bring life to the simple things. When I hand a guest a cocktail, I want them to think about how my grandmother felt handing us her freshly made lemonade. The result is more than just a beverage, it’s a taste of the countryside served with a story.
