From setup to signature drinks, we’re answering the questions we hear most often so you know exactly what to expect when The Watering Haul rolls in.
What is a Dry Hire? As a dry hire mobile bar, we do not supply any alcohol. To comply with state liquor licensing laws, all alcohol must be purchased by the client. When the time comes, we'll provide you with a detailed shopping list outlining exactly what to buy and the quantities needed for your event. We'll guide you through the process, making it simple, stress-free and ensuring you have everything you need for a great event!
Can We Create Custom Signature Drinks? Yes! Signature drinks are one of our favorite parts of bringing your vision to life. Whether you have a favorite cocktail, a meaningful drink, or just a vibe in mind, we’ll work with you to create custom cocktails (and mocktails!) that fit your event perfectly.
How Do Your Packages Work? The trailer rental and bartending services are a flat fee, with an additional per person cost depending on the package you choose. Both of our packages are fully customizable, so you can create a menu with exactly what you'd like for your guests. Every package includes our beautifully converted horse trailer bar, professional bartenders, complete bar setup, mixers, garnishes, cups, napkins, ice, and a personalized shopping list. We also create a custom drink menu that perfectly fits your event and adds a personal touch your guests won't forget. Â Whether you're planning a simple beer, wine, and canned cocktail service or envisioning a full bar experience with handcrafted signature cocktails, we have a package to match your style. We'll work with you to customize your bar service, help determine the right quantities, and create a fun, memorable experience that your guests will love!
Do You Travel? Absolutely! We travel throughout Connecticut. Travel fees may apply depending on your event location.
